Flexible Composite Suction and Discharge Hose has Strong Corrosion Resistance

Flexible composite suction and discharge hose has excellent anti-static performance and can withstand high pressure, abrasion and high temperature working environments. During suction or discharge operations, the internal wire of the hose supports the hose wall, preventing the hose from collapsing under suction. In addition, the outer wire provides the hose with good pressure resistance, protecting the hose from external abrasion.

Specifications

  • SST composite hose construction:
    • Inner wire: stainless steel 304/316L(S)
    • External wire: stainless steel 304/316L(S)
    • Inner lining:PTFE(T)
    • Cover: PVC coated polyester cloth
    • Application: SST composite chemical hose is typically used for the transfer of large volumes of highly corrosive substances compatible with PTFE and stainless steel, such as low-concentration acids, etc. It is suitable for tank trucks and ship loading and unloading.
  • GGP composite hose construction:
    • Inner wire: galvanizing steel(G)
    • External wire: galvanizing steel(G)
    • Inner lining: polypropylene(P)
    • Cover: PVC fiberglass cloth
    • Application: GGP composite chemical hoses are typically used for the suction and discharge of fuel oil or lubricating oil in trucks or ports.
